1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Caregiving for Seniors Forum (the “Forum”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the Forum.
2. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content
You agree not to post, upload, transmit, or otherwise distribute any content that:
Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable;
Infringes on any intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any party;
Contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful or disruptive components;
Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic;
Is in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
3. User Conduct
As a user of the Forum, you agree to:
Treat all members with respect and courtesy;
Engage in constructive and civil discussions;
Refrain from spamming, trolling, or posting irrelevant or off-topic content;
Report any violations of these terms to the forum moderators or administrators.
4. Moderation and Enforcement
The Caregiving for Seniors Forum reserves the right to:
Monitor all content posted on the Forum;
Remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate;
Suspend or terminate the accounts of users who violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
5. Changes to the EULA
We may modify or update this EULA at any time. Your continued use of the Forum after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Forum at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this EULA or is harmful to other users of the Forum, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
7. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Caregiving for Seniors/Experiencesofliving website be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the Forum or any content therein.
8. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
